1. Scope
shiftforget.com LLC operates the AvtoMajster Network. These terms apply to bookings placed through shiftforget.com.
2. Pricing and Bookings
Prices depend on vehicle make, model, condition and parts. Estimates are indicative; final cost is confirmed after diagnosis and requires your approval. Pay on completion. Work is done at the Partner Shop.
3. Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee may apply. It is credited toward the repair if you approve the work; otherwise it remains payable.
4. Warranty
The AvtoMajster Network warranty covers labour described in the work order. It excludes pre-existing faults, wear items, misuse, accidents, third-party parts and consequential loss.
5. Driver Obligations
You must provide accurate vehicle details, disclose known defects, allow access for inspection and repair, and pay approved charges on time.
6. Partner Shop Obligations
Partner Shops must perform work with professional care, quote accurately, honour the warranty, hold required licences and insurance, and comply with applicable laws.
7. Consumer Rights
You have the rights granted by Ukrainian consumer protection law. Complaints: contact@shiftforget.com.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Relevant legislation:
