Book a diagnostic in three steps

Send the booking form and an advisor at an independently owned partner workshop calls you back the same working day. Your car is only repaired after you approve a written estimate.

  1. Describe the car and the symptomsMake, model, year, mileage, plus what you notice: noise, a warning light, vibration, or a service that is due.
  2. Confirm the slot and the estimateWe agree on a time at the nearest partner workshop and send the diagnostic fee and the scope of work in writing.
  3. Approve, then we repairWork starts after your approval. Any additional part or job is quoted again before it is added.

Diagnostic fee and consent disclosure

Read both points below before you send a booking request. They explain what a diagnostic check costs and how your details may be shared with a partner workshop.

  1. Diagnostic fee

    A diagnostic check is charged at a fixed published rate and stays payable even if you decline the recommended repair. The fee is credited toward the repair when you approve the written estimate on the same visit. Pricing may vary based on vehicle make, model, and condition.

  2. Third-party sharing consent

    By submitting the booking form, you agree that we may pass your name, phone number, vehicle details and described fault to the independently owned and operated partner workshop that carries out the inspection. Partner shops receive this data only to prepare an estimate and to confirm your appointment.

  3. Estimates and warranty limits

    No work starts before you approve a written estimate. Repair warranty covers 12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first, and excludes wear parts and damage unrelated to the completed repair. Full wording is in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
