Symptom interview and road test

We note when the fault appears, at what speed, and in which conditions, so the road test reproduces your problem instead of guessing at it.
Scan and measured inspection

Fault codes are read, then verified against live sensor data, compression, pressure, and voltage readings. A code on its own is never treated as a diagnosis.
Written findings with photos

You receive the measured values, the worn parts, photos of the affected area, and a parts-and-labour estimate with the diagnostic fee on a separate line.
Approval, then the repair

Work starts only after you confirm. Anything you decline stays off the invoice, so the final bill matches the estimate you approved.
